[caption id="" align="alignleft" width="265" caption="I decorated myself!"] [/caption] We hosted a holiday party last weekend. All of our friends showed up. We ran around a lot, ate good food, and decorated cookies. Of course most of the decorations went in our mouths and on the floor instead of on the cookies. As the party finally started winding down, Celeste decided she needed to decorate herself (and everyone else) with stickers to put the finishing touch on the evening. Special thanks to Ramona and my dad, without whom I'm not sure the party would have even happened.

Last Saturday, my friend Ramona and I went to take Celeste's Christmas portraits. I'm still working on getting mine stuffed on to a card and all that good stuff, but here's a peek of a few beautiful shots Ramona got.

Celeste's 2nd Halloween was a blast. She went dressed as a baby chick. After three or four houses, she had the routine down, saying "trick or treat" and holding out her bucket. Last Saturday, Celeste and I went to a Pumpkin Patch with some friends. Celeste had so much fun lifting the pumpkins, petting animals, going on a hayride, and running through the hay maze.
